CALL TO SUBMIT SHARES AND SUBSCRIPTION WARRANTS IN THE COMPANY

In connection with the entry into force of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798), hereinafter referred to as the "Act", IVIA S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: "Company"), informs the shareholders and holders of subscription warrants about the introduction into the Polish legal order of the obligatory dematerialisation of shares and subscription warrants of companies, which means the replacement of the paper form of shares and subscription warrants with an electronic entry in the register of shareholders kept by the entity referred to in Art. 3281 § 2 of the Commercial Companies Code in the wording specified in the Act.

Pursuant to the introduced changes, the validity of the applicable share documents and subscription warrants issued by the Company shall expire by operation of law on 1 March 2021.

In connection with the above changes, the Management Board of the Company calls on all shareholders and holders of subscription warrants to submit share documents and subscription warrants by 31 December 2020 at the latest at the Company's headquarters at: 91 W. Roździeńskiego Street, postal code 40 203 Katowice, so that they can be transformed into an electronic record. The submission of share documents and subscription warrants to the Company takes place upon written confirmation.
